Strategic Plan completion 

CAASNM’s work is now guided through a 5-year strategic plan authored by both staff and the board of directors who provided tens of hours of careful introspection. The four major goals of the plan are: 

  1. Accessible Services and Resources:  Reduce barriers for clients to access resources in their communities. 
  1. Diversified Funding:  Create a diversified funding portfolio to ensure sustainability for current and new initiatives. 
  1. Partnership with Local, Trusted Groups:  Cultivate and advance meaningful collaborations built on trust to address community challenges and leverage services. 
  1. New Program opportunities:  Deliver a more holistic, multi-generational service model in order to help families thrive.
