Julie Ballard-Soto named Desert Heroine!
Our very own, Julie Ballard-Soto, Director of Thriving Kids Home Visiting, was selected to be celebrated this Women's History Month in the Desert Heroines photography project! This project is an annual, collaborative effort between NMCO Studio, Success Partnership, Ngage New Mexico and others, to spotlight women in Doña Ana County doing exceptional work for our community!
